Chocolate Truffle





1 bottle Gardenia Delicia Milky Chocolate Spread
½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Cocoa Powder


1. In a double boiler, simmer heavy whipping cream then remove from heat and melt the chocolate chips.
2. Add the Gardenia Delicia Chocolate Spread, mix together and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
3. Remove from the refrigerator, form into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
4. Freeze for 3 hours to overnight and serve.
